Registration at the Alternative High School

Note: Parents must call to make an appointment to Register (210) 397-7080

Both a parent and the student must be present for Registration.

Appointments are scheduled between 8:30 am and 11:30 am to allow time for data processing and scheduling of transportation. Students will then start class the following day.

Things Required to bring with you at Registration:

1. Withdrawal forms from Home Campus

2. Placement papers from hearing at NISD Pupil Personnel

3. Proof of Residence such as a copy of current Utility Bill or Lease

4. Parent's Drivers License

5. A copy of the Student's Birth Certificate and Shot Record

(If coming from out of district or registering at the start of the school year)

6. Completed all forms in the Registration Packet

(All the forms listed below must be completed, none can be skipped)

You must print all of the following forms and complete them all prior to your arrival for enrollment at the Northside Alternative High School. This will greatly speed up the enrollment process. Each form must be completed whether they seem appropriate for your student or not, as all forms listed below are required of every student, unless otherwise noted.
