O'Connor High School won first place at the state FFA competition for both levels of Chapter Conducting, making it the first time in at least 25 years that a single high school won both the junior and senior levels of the contest.

In Chapter Conducting, students conduct a chapter meeting to demonstrate their knowledge of parliamentary law and of correct parliamentary procedures.  At the conclusion of the meeting, team members must answer questions regarding parliamentary law. Student honorees include:
