A $1,000 donation was made to the Northside ISD Education Foundation as a component of this exciting venture Ryland Homes has garnered with the Association.
The Northside ISD (NISD) has joined Ryland Homes’ charitable program, Community Partnership Program (CPP) where Ryland offers employees direct discounts on homes and to thank the Partner, an additional $1,000 donation to the partner’s designated charity upon close of the home. This program is available to over 10,000 NISD employees.
“As a CPP affiliate, the employee receives, depending on the community, up to $10,000 in design options or up to $5,000 in closing costs in addition to current incentives. The discount is determined by the base price of the home, it equates to 2% in options or 1% in closing costs,” according to Dave Brouillette from Ryland Homes. “A buyer must provide proof of current employment with a business partner by presenting paycheck stub at the time of the contract. The program does not apply to friends and relatives of the Community Partners, only to employees.”
The Northside Education Foundation appreciates the partnership with Ryland Homes. “The funds will be used for classroom grants to teachers for innovative programs, such as libraries, math manipulators, electronic equipment for biology classes and other special programs,” says Bonnie Ellison, NISD Partnership Director.
