Read Around the School: The Wanke Way

Wanke Elementary School recently participated in Read Around the School: The Wanke Way. It was a fun and exciting event where students had the opportunity to listen to staff members read who they may not normally get to see on a daily basis or in this type of setting.
Students were free to choose which classrooms to visit. Wanke students paired up, a younger grade with an older grade, and visited three classrooms on their own to hear books read by teachers and administrators. They heard three different books in English and in Spanish.
