Over 4,200 students to graduate from Northside schools

Northside ISD will graduate more than 4,200 students this coming month. The graduation dates are later than normal due to a new state mandate requiring all Texas public schools to adopt a uniform schedule.

Graduation ceremonies to be held at the Alamodome are:
  • Monday, June 9, 7:30 p.m., Stevens High School
  • Tuesday, June 10, 7:30 p.m., Holmes& Business Careers High School
  • Wednesday, June 11, 4:30 p.m., Clark High School
  • Wednesday, June 11, 8:00 p.m., Marshall High School
  • Thursday, June 12, 9:30 a.m., O'Connor High School
  • Thursday, June 12, 1:00 p.m., Taft & Communications Arts High School
  • Thursday, June 12, 4:30 p.m., Jay High School & The Jay Science & Engineering Academy
  • Thursday, June 12, 8:00 p.m., Warren High School

The Health Careers High School graduation ceremony will be held Thursday, June 5, 7:30 p.m. at Paul Taylor Field House. The Reddix Center graduation will be held Friday, May 30, 7:30 p.m. at the Northside Activity Center.

"We are very proud of our graduates and we wish them luck in their future," says Dr. John Folks, superintendent. "We pride ourselves as being a family at Northside, and we hope that these graduates will continue to stay in touch and involved in their former schools and communities."

Graduating seniors and their families can own a DVD of the complete graduation ceremony by filling out the online order form.
