Senate resolution honors NISD's 60th birthday

The Texas Senate recognized Northside ISD on March 25 on the occasion of the District's 60th anniversary. Dr. Folks and Board President Katie Reed were on hand to accept the resolution on behalf of the District. The framed resolution was presented to Rita Kay Driggers, president of the Northside Museum Association and NISD namesake. The museum, located at the corner of Bandera and Grissom roads, now will display the resolution.
