My name is Laura Kaarlsen.
I graduated from Texas A&M University in
1990 with a Bachelor
of Environmental Design degree. I spent several
years working in Architecture
and Interior Design before getting my
teaching certificate
from UTSA in 1999. I am married and have two
sparkling daughters
and a sensational son!
In the Stardust Studio, your child will participate in projects which teach the elements and principles of the Visual Arts. We will use a variety of media from crayons and paints to clay, textiles, and more. My goal is that your child have a positive art experience. I require that they give their best effort and recognize their individual successes!
Spend the summer looking at the world with an artistic eye, being creative, and exercising the imagination!
