*New Student Registration* Welcome to Northwest Crossing the home of the Cardinals. We look forward to welcoming you to our school! Office hours for registration of new students are Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will need the following documents for registration: *Kinder - Fifth Grade Students* *Certified Birth Certificate* *Child's Social Security Card* *Immunization Record* *Proof of Residence - (Lease or Sales agreement, Electric Bill, Water Bill or Texas I.D. or Driver's License with current address)* *Report Card - children entering 1st - 5th grade.* *Complete Name and Address of last school attended* *Pre-Kindergarten Registration Information* *Eligibility Requirements* *Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st* *Child must be Limited English Proficient (LEP) as determined by Home Language Survey and the Bilingual Syntax Measure* OR *Child must come from a family whose income, according to standards set by the State Board of Education, is at or below subsistence level (based on the free/reduced lunch income guidelines).* *Documentation Required* *Certified Birth Certificate* *Child's Social Security Card* *Immunization Record* *Proof of Residence - (lease or Sales agreement, Electric Bill, Water Bill or Texas ID or Driver's License with current address)* *One of the following forms is also required for Pre-K* *Eligibility letter and ID card (Food Stamps)* *Free/Reduced lunch authorization letter from Food Services* *Current payroll stubs for all working family members showing gross pay within the last 30 days.*
