Animations are simple and fun to make. All you need is Microsoft Paint, which comes with Windows, and Microsoft GIF Animator, which is a free program. You can download it by clicking here. MS Gif Animator

To get started open up MS Paint and draw a few pictures and save them as gifs. Next, open up MS Gif Animator and insert the pictures. See below

1. Select All.

2. Click the Animation tab.

3. Select Looping.

4. Here you can select repeat forever or chose the number of times you want your animation to loop.

5. Click the Image tab.

6. Choose how long you want your pictures to play. Here I have selected 1/4 of a second.

7. Deselect the transparency box.
