Bylaws and Standing Rules
The
structure of the OHT PTA and its specific rules, including
its officers, elections, committees, and local portion of
dues are contained in the bylaws adopted by our
members. Such bylaws, however, may not conflict with
the bylaws of the state or national PTA. OHT PTA
bylaws are governed by the Texas PTA.
