Paul W. Ott Elementary School. Paul Ott was selected as the namesake of the sister school being built next to Luna MS. The school was formerly called the “Westcreek area” school. It is named for the former director of maintenance for NISD and a 12-year School Board member. Ott, who passed away in 1992, is credited with establishing the maintenance program that today oversees 7 million square feet of taxpayer investments in school and other facilities.
