Registration Information for Ott Elementary School

We are excited your child will attend Ott. Should you have any questions, please call our offices at 397-5550.

Registration begins on Wednesday, July 30, 2008.

Please note, that Ott Elementary school is subject to NISD's cap and transfer policy. Should we become capped at any grade, students will be provided transportation to Galm ES until space becomes available at Ott.

Registration Hours are 8:00 - 11:00 AM and 1:00 - 3:00 PM. We are closed for lunch from 11:00 - 1:00.

Documentation Needed for Registration
*Certified Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate
*Child's Immunization Record
*Proof of Residency for the Ott Attendance Area (Utility bill, contract, lease)
*Driver's License of the person registering the student
*Child's Social Security Card
*Child's Last Report Card
