Hi, I am Marie Austin, manager at Raba Elementary Cafeteria.
My day starts at six in the morning. My duties are to oversee the productions
of the food that we serve for breakfast and lunch, make sure that the receipes
are followed and correct temperatures are taken, and utensils are santized
properly. I have to do inventory and ordering three times a week, cook preps,
leftovers, take breakfast and lunch production records daily and check in
deliveries. These are just a few things that are done in a day. I love my
job and have been in food service for nineteen years.
