Physical and Other Official Forms

You can also stop by our school to pick up the athletic form packet.

All incoming 7th grade athletes are required to have a physical before trying out for any athletic team, along with filling out all the other pages from the athletic form.

All incoming 8th grade athletes who turned in a physical to their coach last year as 7th graders, that physical is still good for your 8th grade year. However, all other pages from the athletic form must still be completed by all 8th grade athletes.


About the RMS Assistant Coach Website

Rawlinson offers a variety of interscholastic sports to students. Some information about our athletics program will be available on this site, and other information will be posted on a new Assistant Coach site which will be updated on a regular basis by our coaching staff.

When you click the Assistant Coach website link, you will be directed to a site that lists NISD and RMS athletic events. Sometimes the site opens directly on the Rawlinson page and sometimes you have to select Rawlinson in the left panel school list. Once you are on the Rawlinson Assistant Coach page, click on the desired sport link in the left blue column navigation bar under Rawlinson Middle School. Then select the precise team name in the jump box and click GO. Then locate the information for that particular team.

About the RMS Assistant Coach Scoreboard

A new Assistant Coach feature is a visual scoreboard. You can select the school, the sport, and the date and a scoreboard display appears with the scheduled game and location. As soon as scores are posted, they should begin to appear also.
