- Proof of Residence (water bill, electric bill, voter registration card, or rental/lease agreement)
- Driver's License, Texas ID or Military ID
- Withdrawal Form - if enrolling during the school year
- Final report card at the beginning of the school year.
- Birth Certificate - official copy
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- ARD/IEP copies (most recent) - only if child receives spec. ed. services
- Divorce and/or Legal Guardianship situations
