The Nellie Reddix Center is the headquarters of the vocational component of the A.L.E. (Applied Learning Environment) program for post high school students. This program includes three stages of vocational programming for varying levels of students.

Most Reddix students have completed high school so they spend their entire day learning vocational skills in a variety of settings. There are also students with severe medical needs that spend their day at the habilitation program working on IEP goals and objectives related to their individual needs.
