SELF EVALUATION CHECKLIST

¨ Did I do and include everything that was required? Did I include:

¨ a title page, a page for each step (no less than 4, but may be more), a conclusion page and a credits page for a total of 7 slides.

¨ a graphic (either clip art or self drawn) on every page, as well as the text describing next step in the fossilization process.

¨ Was the graphic animated? (Text may also be animated, but not required)

¨ Did the concluding slide include a discussion of why it is important that we know about the fossilization process and what we can learn from fossils.

¨ Did you include a credits page that showed the citations listed on the webpage (just copy and paste).

¨ Did I give credit to all of my sources, and did I write it the way
my teacher requested?
