SELF EVALUATION CHECKLIST

¨ Did I do and include everything that was required? Did I include:

¨ a title, a section for each researched topic, a section on the importance to Texas and a credits section for a total of 7 slides.

¨ a graphic (either clip art or self drawn) on every page/section.

¨ Did the concluding section include a discussion of how that tribe was important to Texas (student deduced.)

¨ Did you include a credits page that showed the citations listed on the video viewing page.

¨ Did I give credit to all of my sources, and did I write it the way
my teacher requested?

¨ Is my work neat?

¨ Is my work complete and finished?

¨ Would I be proud for anyone to view this work?
