SELF EVALUATION CHECKLIST

¨ Did I do and include everything that was required? Did I include:

¨ a title page, a page for each season, a conclusion page and a credits page for a total of 7 slides.

¨ a graphic (either clip art or self drawn) on every page, as well as the text describing the sun caused changes.

¨ Was the graphic animated? (Text may also be animated, but not required)

¨ Did the concluding slide include a discussion of why that plant/animal regards the sun as extremely necessary in its life cycle.

¨ Did you include a credits page that showed the citations listed on the video viewing page.

¨ Did I give credit to all of my sources, and did I write it the way
my teacher requested?
