Beginning in 2007, all Northside high school students will be required to complete a minimum of 26 credits, and pass the TAKS Exit-Level tests in order to graduate from NISD high schools.
All entering freshmen will be placed on the Recommended Graduation Program to earn 26 credits. Students who wish to follow either the Northside Minimum Graduation Program or the Distinguished Achievement Program should consult with their campus counselor.
Contact your child's school for additional information.
Participation in the Northside Minimum Graduation Program requires written request by a parent following consultation with the student's counselor.
