Steubing Elementary clinic will be open Monday, August 16, 2010.  The nurse will be available to receive medications, medication forms, and shot records.

Please note: There are new shot requirements for first graders.

A second Varicella (Chicken Pox) immunization is now required for 1st grade, Kinder, ECC, PPCD, and Pre-K. Shot letters were sent home in May to students needing immunizations to begin school in August 2010. Every year an additional grade will be required to have the second Varicella. For instance, the 2011-2012 school year, 2nd graders will be required to have it. If you have an older student that receives their second VAricella, please send their shot record to the School Nurse.
