Conclusion
Introduction:

Allowing your students to use digital cameras is a great way to integrate technology with your curriculum content areas. Students can use cameras to capture images that can be later imported or inserted into other applications. They can also use images to help them with writing prompts. When students are allowed to use digital cameras they take ownership of the learning and are motivated to work and learn.

This course is designed to help you gather ideas on how to integrate the digital camera into your curriculum. It will also give you an opportunity to create a lesson you can use with your students. Always remember that the goal of technology integration is never to add more to what you are already doing, but to enhance what you are already doing. This course is worth 2 Teacher Choice/Continuing Professional Education hours. You will need a digital camera and a floppy disk to complete this course.

If you are taking this course for another campus, please e-mail all assignments to your CIT or campus technology equivalent.
