The Phone System

• All Phone Numbers begin with 397.
• Voice mail can be left for any teacher at any time. Here is how:
  1. Dial the automated system at 397-6040.
  2. You will hear this message: "If you know your party's extension, please press the pound (#) key". Press the # key.
  3. You will hear "Enter the extension number". Now enter the four digits of the teacher's telephone extension.
  4. You will hear the teacher's greeting, and then you may leave a message.
  5. After 4:05 pm, extensions will ring four times, affording an opportunity for the classroom teacher to answer the call before it is sent to voice mail.
