• Review literature related to the Productivity and Professional Practice Standard and Support, Management, and Operations Standard
• Brainstorm tasks and learn about tools that address the indicators of the Productivity and Professional Practice Standard and Support, Management, and Operations Standard
• Reflect and determine individual action plans to achieve goals identified in the Productivity and Professional Practice Standard and Support, Management, and Operations Standard

• Learn about how leaders can gain a better understanding of the productivity and professional issues and support, management, and operations issues related to technology and modeling responsible decision-making related to these issues (to be completed later)

1. Go to a computer with a printed copy of the Scavenger Hunt.

2. Complete the Scavenger Hunt by reading and studying the interactive table delineating the Performance Indicators of the Productivity and Professional Practice Standard and the Support, Management, and Operations Standard that constitute what every P-12 administrator should know and be able to do regardless of specific job role.

1. View the Role-Specific Assessment and Evaluation Tasks of the Productivity and Professional Practice Standard and the Support, Management, and Operations Standard.

2. Form groups of three or four to complete "Productivity and Professional Practice Tasks and Support, Management, and Operations Tasks Organizer" - what you are doing NOW and what you can do in the FUTURE to address the Tasks.
