If you are in an AD environment, sometimes the computer might not recognize your jump/flash drive. Here is what you need to do...

1. Go to Start> NISD Tool>USB>Change USB Drive

2. The next window that appears has the letter of the drive that will read your jump-drive.

3. Click Accept

4. You can now go to "My Computer" and find that drive.
