Having attended Glenoaks Elementary, Pat Neff Middle School, and John Marshall High School, and now working for Northside Technology Services, I consider myself a life time member of the Northside Independent School District.

Writing and editing training guides has been my passion for a number of years. I enjoy the writing process and teaching the classes. I love to learn and help other people learn, and I also like to have fun in the process.

My projects include:

• Creating Datango documents for use with eSchoolPLUS, the Student Information System
• Using InDesign to create training guides
• Providing training for Tutoring Logs
• Teaching classes on Microsoft Office applications
• Creating course pages for eLearn
• Offering Jumpstart Training at newly deployed campuses
• Training new secretaries on the Gradebook
• Assisting the employees of Northside troubleshoot application questions
