Hello and welcome to Carl Wanke Elementary! My name is Mrs. Neesvig and I am thrilled to be the librarian of the greatest school on the planet!

I completed my undergraduate degee in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1999. I received my Masters in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas in 2003.

I began my teaching career in Northside ISD at Howsman Elementary as a 5th grade teacher. After 3 1/2 years in the classroom, I moved to Thornton Elementary as the librarian. I spent 3 1/2 years at Thornton before beginnig my new adventure as a Wanke Wolf!

I am married to a wonderful man who is also a teacher in Northside. We have a blue heeler named Luna Blue and a catahoula/labrador mix named Bailey. We also have two cats!! We are expecting our first baby in June 2008. We are thrilled!

I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, live music, and spending time with my family and my husband's family.

I am very blessed to be a part of the Wanke Staff and look forward to seeing many of you often!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Hunter.

I completed my undergraduate degree from Central Washington University. My husband and I have two daughters, Reagan and Keely, and one son, Graysen. We have a German Shepherd Dog named Tango and a Beta fish named Rainbow.

I love to read and I love to travel. I enjoy traveling to visit places I’ve read about.

I am very pleased to assist you in the Wanke Library.
