Journal Activities (Intrapersonal)(NT):

1.       What would you like to do on a farm?

2.       If you could be a farm animal, what would you be and do as that animal?

 

Center Activities (Interpersonal)(SF): 
Blocks/ Maps (Visual Spatial)– Add plastic farm animals.  Have students “build” their own farm within the floor “map” (rectangle on floor marked with NESW.)  Let them draw their own map of the farm by drawing items close to the N on floor, putting them close to the N on their recording paper.

“Housekeeping”(Kinesthetic)- Make a “roadside” vegetable stand.  Have students sell/buy vegetables, farm products from each other.
