Each year the Northside ISD Technology Department sponsors a Digital Media Fair for
students in Kindergarten through twelfth grades. This year Dr. Joe Ward Elementary
had four fifth graders who placed second across the elementary grades in the district for
their video on Dissecting Owl Pellets. They were awarded medals with 2nd place inscribed on them.
