David In-Jae Cho, Conductor of the San Antonio Symphony, visited Dr. Joe Ward Elementary
to talk to the Ward Wranglers about the orchestra and composers. During his visit he played a
Mendelssohn piano piece. We were also fortunate to hear the melodious voice of Mrs. Meadows,
one of our music teachers, as she sang an aria from La Boheme and Summertime
from Porgy and Bess.
