Each year as the Kindergarten classes learn the names and sounds of the letters of the alphabet as they learn to
read, they reinforce the blending of the letter "q" and "u" by holding a "Blending Ceremony" where QU are
forever joined. Mr. delaGarza officiates at the ceremony and this year Mrs. Polk accompanied Mrs. Meadows
as she sang a special QU song.
