Venus is a planet. It is the second planet from the sun and the hottest planet. It is the hottest because it has the greenhouse effect. The atmosphere of Venus is made of carbon dioxide. The atmosphere traps a small amount of energy.
The core of Venus is made of nickel and iron. It has no moons. Venus was named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty. Venus can be seen in the night sky because it is so bright because of the thick clouds the light from the sun reflects off Venus's thick clouds. Venus's temperature is 482 degrees C.
Astronomers believe that Venus is Earth's sister planet. They both have some similar traits like size, their mass, and volume. Venus has a rocky crust. There is not any water on the planet because of the surface and temperature.
Do you want to know all the missions to Venus. = 750K = 900F.
