Each year the Gifted and Talented
students have a specific topic of study. Students in grades three, four,
and five studied Japan. They
studied the geography, the culture, history, diet, government and economics.
Thier unit culminated in a
presentation of products created during their study. The entire school
came through their museum and
they acted as docents - teaching others about Japan.
