KONO 101.1 Teacher of the Week - Sherry Willome
Radio Personality Dave E. Rios and Top Dog from KONO 101.1
visited Dr. Joe Ward Elementary in January to honor Mrs. Willome as the
Teacher of the Week. Mr. Rios read a story to the Kindergarten and
presented checks to Mrs. Willome and the Ward Library. Students and teachers
also recorded the Pledge of Allegiance which was later played on the radio station.
