Ward Wrangler Beliefs The staff, students, families, and community believe: In establishing a positive and encouraging environment that facilitates internal motivation for learning to achieve external success and eternal learning to participate in a diverse world. In creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment where respect for self and others exists. In an environment where all learners believe in discipline and all individuals can contribute. We make a difference!

Mission Dr. Joe Ward Elementary is a culturally diverse, burgeoning, progressive school that is committed to the concept of children first. Our mission is to guide all students in the pursuit of academic excellence; discover the love of learning; implant the ideals of community; and to impart knowledge that will lead our students into becoming functional, contributing, and responsible citizens of the world. Our mission will be accomplished through challenging, and motivating learning experiences with partnerships between superior educators, caring parents, and involved community members.
