Pat McFarlan is the Counselor's Secretary and Registrar. She came to San Antonio with family because of a military re-location with the Air Force from Virginia in 1977. While in Virginia she attended Norfolk State University where she majored in Health, P.E. and General Business Management.

She started working with Northside I.S.D. in 1979. Pat has enjoyed working at Zachry Middle School since 1986. Ms. McFarlan has two daughters and two granddaughters, one which attends Zachry Middle School!
