New Student Registration

Monday - Friday
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Registration for new students is in the Counselors Office in room B100.

Paperwork needed for registration:

• Proof of Residence
  Drivers license, lease or contract, water bill, electric bill, or telephone bill)

• Last Report Card and / or withdrawal form with grades from previous school attended

• Student's Social Security Card (we would like to make a copy of the card)

• Immunization Record
  see immunization requirements

• Birth Certificate
