Special Education
| Special Education has taken a multi-pronged approach to technology, according to the needs of their students. Our Zachry Learning Center is a prime example of that. To evaluate the reading and math levels of new students, ZTC uses STAR Reading and Math evaluation software. Those students with writing challenges are able to use Alpha Smart keyboards in order to put their thoughts into words. They are then able to "beam" their work to a printer for a hard copy. |
