The district has received additional devices to meet the needs of all Briscoe students. As we prepare to distribute the devices to eligible students, we must have every student’s legal parent or guardian complete the form below.
Please complete the form below to acknowledge the terms and conditions of use for any Northside device that your child currently has or will be receiving. Indicate on the form if your child is or is not in need of a device and your preferred method to receive the device.
Students eligible for a device are:
- Any student who has not yet received a device
- Any student who received an iPad instead of a Chromebook
- Any student who received a laptop instead of a Chromebook
- Students must attend Briscoe Middle School to be eligible for a device through this form
After you complete the form, you will be contacted by a representative from the Briscoe campus with information about your appointment to receive the device.
