With the stress of the busy schedule of today’s world, it is always nice to stop, slow down, reflect, and enjoy every moment. We will do just that in our after school program. Students will learn how to breathe through stressful and overwhelming moments. We will learn to do some yoga, mindfulness, and meditation breathing with support from online instruction.
The Cole Yoga club welcomes 2nd-5th grade students that are interested in learning how to be mindful and enjoying a calm, peaceful environment after a long week.
