Garcia Student COVID Link

Gladiator Family,

I hope you’re doing well.  Since coming back from break, we’ve seen an increase in the number of positive COVID cases reported by our families.  Our nursing staff has done an exceptional job taking calls and responding to those new cases, but we need your help.  In an effort to expedite the reporting of student COVID cases we ask that you use the link below to report all COVID related matters such as a confirmed COVID case, positive test results, COVID exposure, COVID symptoms, and etc.

We have also attached the latest isolation and quarantine recommendations to help assist you in knowing what to do in regards to COVID related matters.

If you have to report a COVID related matter such as a positive case, exposure, test results, symptoms, please use the link in this email.  Our nursing staff is continually monitoring submissions and responding to our families.  It is extremely important that we get this information as soon as possible.  Once the information is received, a daily link will be sent to you so your student can access the District’s remote conferencing system, which will help their attendance.

So again, please use the above link to report any COVID related matters regarding your student.

Thank you in advance for your patience and continued support.
