Upon completing this form and uploading your insurance card (with student name on insurance card) and driver's license, students will also need to submit the form of payment ($20).
Payments can be made electronically at myschoolbucks.com or in-person (cash) on campus. Students must complete the following in order to be eligible to receive a parking permit. Students and Parents are responsible for reviewing the Student Parking Permit Application Expectations.

Parking permits will be distributed in APO in the morning, lunch and after school the second week of school and throughout the year. The student driver must have a valid driver's license ( no Temporary Permits) and must be listed on the insurance.
