Due to a high volume of device requests, there may be a delay for device pick up.
Our campus will continue to work to provide a device to families that are still in need of a device for virtual instruction. Requests are being handled on a first come first served basis. Your child will need access to an internet-enabled device to be successful in the virtual learning environment. If you have such a device at home that will suffice.
If you are a household without a device or internet please complete the following form once per Jordan MS student. Students enrolled at other Northside schools need to go through their school to request a device.
NOTE: Please do not send in duplicate form submissions. Once you've received a confirmation at the end of the form our scheduling team will work to contact you to schedule a pick up appointment as soon as possible.
