Make sure your child is enrolled for the '24-'25 school year- ACTION REQUIRED

Student Data Verification is underway in NISD for EE/PK through 11th grade.

We are very honored to be working with your child in NISD this year!  In preparing for the 2024-25 school year, NISD has opened Data Verification for all of our currently enrolled school students. It is important that Data Verification be completed by June 3, 2024 to ensure that your child has a space at their current or home campus for which they are eligible to attend next year.  If a Data Verification form is submitted after June 3, 2024, it is possible that your child could be sent to a cluster campus if additional students enroll during open registration and classes become full.  During this time, your child’s registration takes priority. Questions please call the school, we can help you over the phone 210-397-2600.

Here’s how to begin:

Go to the NISD Home Access Center (HAC) website  https://hac.nisd.net/  

Follow the steps below:

If you already have a HAC account:

1)    Your LOGIN is the email address to which the message was sent.

2)    Your PASSWORD is the same HAC password that you have previously used.

3)    After logging in, click on the REGISTRATION tab.

4)    Click on Update Enrollment tab

5)    Click START

6)    The first time you log in you will be asked to certify that you are over 13 years old. You will then enter your student’s birthday to validate the registration account.

7)    You will be asked if the student is returning to NISD for the 2024-25 school year.  If your child will be returning to ANY NISD school next year, select YES.  If your child will NOT be returning to ANY NISD school, select NO and follow the question prompt.

8)    Click NEXT.

9)    Review your child’s data and update any information needed.  Click SUBMIT to complete the registration process for your child.

10) If you have multiple elementary students, click on the CHANGE STUDENT icon on the far right of your student’s name in HAC, select another student and follow the same steps above.  Review data and complete the registration process for each student.

If you have any trouble accessing HAC or you do not see one of your children, please contact the school office and ask to speak with the  Attendance Secretary as they may be able to assist you with this process.  If the campus is not able to resolve your issue, please complete the form using the link below and District staff can reset your password or link students in a family if necessary.

Once again, we want to stress the importance of completing Data Verification by June 3, 2024.  Students who are not registered by June 3rd could be sent to a cap/cluster campus if available spots fill up.

3)    Después de iniciar sesión, haga clic en la pestaña REGISTRATION (inscripción).

5)    Haga clic en START (iniciar).

6)    La primera vez que inicie sesión se le pedirá que certifique que tiene más de 13 años. Luego ingresará el cumpleaños de su alumno(a) de primaria de NISD para validar la cuenta de inscripción.

7)    Se le preguntará si el alumno(a) regresará a NISD para el ciclo escolar 2024-25. Si su hijo(a) regresará a CUALQUIER escuela de NISD el próximo año, seleccione SÍ. Si su hijo(a) NO regresará a NINGUNA escuela de NISD, seleccione NO y siga la indicación de la pregunta.

8)    Haga clic en NEXT (siguiente).

9)    Repasar los datos de su hijo(a) y actualizar cualquier información necesaria. Haga clic en SUBMIT (enviar) para completar el proceso de inscripción para su hijo(a).

10) Si tiene varios alumnos de primaria, haga clic en el icono CHANGE STUDENT (cambiar alumno) en el extremo derecho del nombre de su alumno(a) en HAC, seleccione otro alumno(a) y siga los mismos pasos anteriores. Repase los datos y complete el proceso de inscripción para cada alumno(a).

Si tiene algún problema teniendo acceso al HAC o no ve el nombre de sus hijos(as), comuníquese con la dirección de la escuela y solicite hablar con el Secretario de Asistencia, ya que podrán ayudarlo con este proceso. Si el plantel no puede resolver su problema, complete el formulario utilizando el siguiente vinculo y el personal del Distrito puede restablecer su contraseña o enlazar a los alumnos de una familia si es necesario.

 Una vez más, queremos enfatizar la importancia de completar la verificación de datos antes del 3 de junio de 2024. Los estudiantes que no estén registrados antes del 3 de junio podrían ser enviados a un campus de cap/cluster si se llenan los lugares disponibles.
