JMHS 2020-21 Parking Permit Application
Please fill this out only if you are an 11th or 12th grader with a valid driver's license and insurance. The student's name must be on the insurance. Proof of insurance must be sent to nicolas.garcia@nisd.net before a parking permit is issued. Parking permits are $10 and can be paid for through your MySchoolBucks account.
