Accidentally Opt Out of Receiving a Device?
If you have been notified that you opted out of your student receiving a device. Follow this link to the Opt In Agreement to make sure your child gets a device for school work.
If your student is at home on quarantine and you are having technical difficulties with your student's device, you can call the Student Hotline at (210) 397-0020 to receive assistance. You can also call the Student Hotline to request a Wifi-Hotspot for your student's device.
