Keeping the “lights on” for children across the country

What: “Lights on Afterschool” – celebrating after school enrichment opportunities

When: Thursday, Oct. 25

Where: Eight NISD campuses

Northside ISD will join more than 8,000 communities and 1 million Americans on Oct. 25 in celebrating in the nationwide event, “Lights on Afterschool” organized by the Afterschool Alliance. The purpose of the event is to call attention to the importance of afterschool programs and the resources required to keep the lights on and the doors open.
