Twenty robotics teams representing 17 Northside ISD schools have qualified for the Alamo Area Spirit Division First LEGO League (FLL) Regional Championship to be held at McCollum HS on March 24.
The teams moved on the regional level after success at several regional qualifiers held around San Antonio.

Robotics clubs at the elementary and middle school levels teach students about robotics, coding, problem solving, team building, and critical thinking.
During competition, students must solve a real-world, scientific-based challenge, create and program an autonomous Lego robots, and demonstrate FLL Core Values judged during interviews.
