NISD artists qualify for state competition

Twenty-four works of art created by Northside ISD high school students have qualified for the 2022 State Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) at the end of April in San Marcos.

This year in Region 20W, there were 2,115 pieces of artwork registered at VASE with 9 districts, 49 schools, and 94 teachers participating. A total of 157 pieces advanced to state.
