NISD celebrates 14,900 years of service

More than 600 employees are being honored this week for more than 14,900 years of service to Northside ISD at the annual Recognition and Retirement Celebration.

The District’s celebration will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 22 at Brandeis High School, 13011 Kyle Seale Parkway.

The event is open to the public and all friends, families, and coworkers of the honorees are welcome.

All honorees are listed in the Retirement and Recognition program.

There are 366 employees being honored for 20, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service to Northside, a total of 8,245 years.

Hundreds of other employees are also being recognized at their campuses for 10 years of service.

This year’s 264 retirees total 5,486 years of service to Northside and 6,651 years in education.
